Taylor Swift Sweeps 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards Fan Categories — Including Win with Boyfriend Travis Kelce

At the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Taylor Swift made a big impression by winning all of the fan-voted categories. Her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, also received recognition.

 Swift won several awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, including Best Music Video for ‘Fortnight’ with Post Malone, her favourite on-screen moment for ‘Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour’ (Taylor’s Version) movie, her favourite tour tradition for her unexpected song performances, and favourite tour style for her Eras Tour outfits.

 She and Kelce were awarded the favourite surprise guest duo, which was one of their most memorable victories.  When Kelce made an unexpected appearance on stage during her lighthearted ‘I Can Do It with a Broken Heart’ costume-change farce at Wembley Stadium in London, she shocked the audience.  Swift then expressed her excitement on Instagram, describing his debut as "unforgettable."

Swift accepted the coveted Tour of the Century award through a recorded message even though she wasn't there in person.  She conveyed her sincere appreciation, stating that she was taking it on behalf of her band, crew, and all those who had shared in the experience.

 Swift has time to think since receiving the prize, which came two years after the Eras Tour began.  The tour, according to her, was the most demanding yet fulfilling event of her career.  She was pushed to the limit by her three-and-a-half-hour performances, international travel, and rigorous production schedule, but it was made possible by her supporters' constant support.

She praised her fans in her address for their unending enthusiasm and kindness, as well as for travelling from all over the world to see her.  She expressed her gratitude and paid appreciation by sharing an acoustic version of her surprise song ‘Mirrorball’ from the inaugural Eras Tour performance.

The Eras Tour ended in Vancouver in December 2024, having started in Glendale, Arizona, in 2023.  With friendship bracelets and show-inspired décor, Kelce threw Swift a surprise party to celebrate the conclusion of the legendary tour.

Fans across and on the iHeartRadio app tuned in to the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which were broadcast live on FOX to honour Swift's historic accomplishments.
