Taylor Swift’s ‘The Era Tour’ is a Superhit With Marcus Mumford Joining Her For ‘Cowboy Like Me’

Taylor Swift’s ‘The Era Tour’ is making headlines yet again! This time Swift brought out a special guest, Marcus Mumford in Las Vegas during her second night of the tour.
She told fans at Allegiant Stadium that “we don’t have guests at this show,” however, she did end up inviting the Mumford & Sons frontman for her debut live performance of ‘Cowboy Like Me’.
“Las Vegas, Nevada, you are so lucky, because we do have a special guest with us tonight,” Swift said while introducing Mumford. “Would you sing ‘Cowboy Like Me’ with me?”
‘Cowboy Like Me,’ is a track from Swift’s ninth studio album, ‘Evermore’. The album peaked at No. 71 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart right after its release. The track was recorded at Mumford’s Scarlet Pimpernel Studios and the studio version of ‘Cowboy like me’ also features backing vocals from Mumford himself. Even though this was the first time Swift played the song live, Mumford has been performing the tune during his solo show last year.
She performed a surprise song from ‘Fearless’ called ‘White Horse’ for the first time live after 2018. She also played her Lana Del Rey collaboration ‘Snow on the Beach’ from ‘Midnights’ and ‘Our Song’ from her 2006 self-titled debut.
