The Biebers Get Baptized in Unconventional Ceremony

Well, you know what they say - a couple that gets baptized together, stays together. And, if it wasn't a saying before, The Biebers just made it one. Justin and Hailey Bieber took to social media to share the latest step in their "journey of faith" and it is as unconventional as it comes - a baptism in a swimming pool.

The couple are seen in their swimwear, holding hands with the priest in charge of the ceremony. And, the series eventually crescendos with the couple's heads under water, marking the end of the ceremony.

Accompanying the series of photos was a caption by Bieber that read: "My wife and I got baptized together! This was one of the most special moments of my life." In addition, he wrote about their love for Jesus as a couple, saying, "Confessing our love and trust in Jesus publicly with our friends and family."

And, naturally, the unconventional ceremony has garnered a lot of attention. Bieber's post currently stands at 3 million likes and counting. In addition, the comment section is buzzing with praise for the public declaration of their faith. Further, Justin's mother, Pattie Mallete, commented, too, simply writing "BEAUTIFUL".
