OTT has unveiled the official trailer for ‘The Electric State’, directed by the Russo Brothers and starring Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt. Set in an alternate 1990s America, the film follows Michelle, played by Brown, as she embarks on a quest to find her missing brother after a civil war erupts between humans and the robots who once served them. 

Along her journey, she crosses paths with Keats, portrayed by Pratt, a smuggler who joins her mission. The star-studded cast includes Stanley Tucci as Ethan Skate, Giancarlo Esposito as Colonel Marshall Bradbury, and Woody Norman as Michelle’s missing brother.

Ke Huy Quan takes on the role of Dr. Amherst, while Anthony Mackie, Billy Bob Thornton, and Woody Harrelson lend their voices to key characters in this sci-fi adventure. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.

‘The Electric State’ is based on Simon Stålenhag’s illustrated novel. The screenplay is penned by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, with whom the Russos have previously collaborated on Marvel blockbusters like ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and ‘Avengers: Infinity War’.

The project has been in development since 2017, with the Russo Brothers producing alongside AGBO co-founder Mike Larocca, Chris Castaldi, and Patrick Newall. Executive producers include Markus, 

McFeely, Angela Russo-Otstot, and others, ensuring a powerhouse team behind the production.

With its gripping storyline, top-tier cast, and a proven creative team, ‘The Electric State’ promises to deliver a thrilling and emotional ride through a post-apocalyptic America. Fans are eagerly awaiting its release, excited to see Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt in this highly anticipated sci-fi adventure.
