The Tracklist For BLACKPINK’s New Album ‘Born Pink’ Has Been Released

The eight-song tracklist for BLACKPINK’s second album, ‘Born Pink,’ has been made public. According to the credits included with the tracklist, Rosé and Jisoo are songwriters for the song ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah.’

Jisoo has now been given a writing credit for a song twice, the first time being for their 2020 debut album, ‘The Album,’ where she co-wrote the song ‘Lovesick Girls’ with Jennie.

Together with her husband Willy Sinclair, Natalia Kills (also known as Teddy Sinclair) co-wrote and co-produced the song ‘The Happiest Girl’. Kills has contributed lyrics to artists including Madonna and Rihanna. Meanwhile, ‘Typa Girl’ was penned by Bekuh Boom.

The K-pop group’s new album will be made available through YG Entertainment/Interscope Records soon.

The K-Pop group released ‘Pink Venom’, last month which served as a preview for the follow-up to their 2020 album. It made history by becoming the biggest release by a female group or solo artist this decade.

The song received more than 7.9 million streams in the first 24 hours and debuted at Number One on Spotify’s global top songs chart.

On YouTube, the official music video gained 100 million views faster than any video by a female band in history, with 90.4million views counted within the first 24 hours.

The band shared a poster for their new song, ‘Shut Down’. The track was described as “a title that is intuitive and creates a strange tension”.

With their distinct charisma and girl-crush charm, BLACKPINK will once more mesmerize music fans all around the world.

The band also revealed information on their 2022 European and North American tour, which will include two UK gigs.
