The Trailer For Selena Gomez's Documentary ‘My Mind & Me’ Has Been Released

Selena Gomez's upcoming documentary ‘My Mind & Me’ has unveiled its first full teaser. With the trailer released in conjunction with World Mental Health Day, the documentary will trace the singer and actress' ascent to stardom and her struggle with mental health, among other things.

“Just be who you are Selena,” Gomez says in the trailer. “No one cares about what you’re doing. It’s about who I am, being okay with where I am. I am grateful to be alive.”

In a tweet promoting the clip, the celebrity added: “Every breath, a breakthrough. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me.”

The full synopsis for the film reads: “After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.”

The documentary, which was helmed by Alex Keshishian, will be released on 4th November. Gomez has been vocal about her struggle with mental health in recent years.

Gomez has lately enjoyed success as an actress in the TV series 'Only Murders In The Building' with Steve Martin and Martin Short, which was just renewed for a third season after the second season debuted earlier this year. Gomez released her third studio album, ‘Rare’ two years ago.
