The Weeknd performed in São Paulo, Brazil to kick off his new era, where he surprised fans by bringing out rapper Playboi Carti for several songs – check out the performance footage below.

During The Weeknd’s exclusive live-streamed concert on 7th September, the Canadian artist teamed up with Playboi Carti for three tracks, including a cover of Travis Scott’s ‘Fe!n’ and a new collaboration, ‘Timeless.’

These new songs, along with the set design and concert, are all leading up to his upcoming album ‘Hurry up Tomorrow,’ the final installment of his ‘After Hours’ and ‘Dawn FM’ trilogy.

Ahead of the São Paulo concert, The Weeknd revealed the cover art for his upcoming album, ‘Hurry up Tomorrow,’ on social media. The artwork showcases a straightforward close-up of his face, marking a shift from the facial prosthetics he sported during the ‘After Hours’ era. A release date has yet to be announced.
