Timothée Chalamet Rocks Mustache And Glasses on ‘Marty Supreme’ Set in NYC

Timothée Chalamet was recently spotted on the set of his upcoming film ‘Marty Supreme’ in New York City, showcasing a striking transformation that made him look nearly unrecognisable. Sporting a moustache and glasses, Chalamet completed his look with a collared shirt under a navy vest and brown trousers, while his hair was slicked back, adding a sophisticated flair to his character.

Marty Supreme is a fictionalised narrative inspired in part by the life of professional ping-pong player Marty Reisman. Directed by Josh Safdie, the film’s script is a collaboration between Safdie and Ronald Bronstein, promising an engaging blend of drama and humour. The production has garnered significant attention, especially with its unique premise that merges sports and storytelling.

A24, the film’s production company, shared exciting news about Marty Supreme via a post on X, featuring a graphic of a ping-pong ball emblazoned with the words “MARTY SUPREME” and “MADE IN AMERICA,” separated by three stars. This announcement has heightened anticipation among fans and film enthusiasts alike.

In a notable casting addition, Gwyneth Paltrow is set to join the ensemble, marking her return to acting after a hiatus to concentrate on her various business ventures. Paltrow’s involvement is particularly intriguing, as it will be her first major role since lending her voice to a recent episode of American Horror Stories.

Despite stepping away from the spotlight, Paltrow previously indicated her willingness to return to acting on occasion. “I’m still going to do a little bit here and there, but this really requires almost all of my time,” she explained in an interview, reflecting on her deep passion for producing content and creating products through her lifestyle brand, Goop.

With a talented cast and a compelling storyline, Marty Supreme is poised to captivate audiences, blending the worlds of sports and entertainment in a fresh and innovative way.
