Tom Holland Shares the Surprising Reason He Googles His Girlfriend Zendaya

Although Zendaya and Tom Holland have worked to keep their relationship quiet, the ‘Uncharted’ star has recently been more forthcoming about their connection. Holland revealed that he occasionally looks to Google for comfort when he worries about Zendaya’s safety.

In an interview with Samah Dada’s podcast, ‘On The Menu’, Holland acknowledged that he had looked up “Zendaya.” Because he doesn’t use social media, he occasionally becomes paranoid and looks up the news to make sure she’s safe. This routine reassures him that everything is alright and calms his thoughts.

After meeting on the set of ‘Spider-Man’ in 2017, the couple, who fans call “Tomdaya,” began dating formally in 2021. They have been able to keep their relationship relatively discreet in spite of their hectic schedules. When Holland was spotted shielding Zendaya from admirers and photographers during an event for the debut of his non-alcoholic beer company, Cherry, it went viral and demonstrated their relationship.

Zendaya lauded Holland’s magnetism in a February 2024 interview with Buzzfeed, calling him “Mr. Tom Holland.” Additionally, the duo is preparing for ‘Spider-Man 4’s’ 2026 release. On the Rich Roll podcast, Holland revealed that they were ecstatic as they read the script together and started jumping around the room. Their treatment of celebrities demonstrates their dedication to maintaining their sense of reality and avoiding as much publicity as possible for their relationship.
