Travis Scott Hosted a Toy Drive For 1000 Houston Families For Christmas Eve

Travis Scott returned to his hometown to spread the cheer of the festive season. He held the third annual Winter Wonderland and Toy Drive in Houston with the help of his Cactus Jack Foundation. This isn’t the first time he has spread the Christmas joy with people around him; he also got his family and team together to give out toys to children in and around Sunnyside.

In a recent interview, he mentioned just how happy and grateful he felt about being able to provide for the people of his hometown. He stated, “The holiday season was my favorite as a child and I know some families are having a tough time in our community this year. We wanted to do our part to ensure we still spread the Christmas joy to area children. Sometimes even Santa needs a helping hand to deliver.”

Apart from this, Travis Scott collaborated with Nike recently. He came up with a six piece apparel collection which includes shoes, hoodies, cargo pants and shorts in green and black. Travis Scott is peaking in his career, and has an album, ‘Utopia’ coming up next year, and he feels it is fortunate that he is able to give something back to the community.

This year has been amazing for Scott. He was tapped by Future to direct the music video for his single ‘712PM’. He headlined the tribute to the late Virgil Abloh at Art Basel Miami. However, he also ended the dream of ‘The Scotts’, a full length follow up to his hit with the same name with Kid Kudi. This was confirmed after Cudi declared the project dead earlier this month.
