It’s here, it’s out! Nicki Minaj and 6ix9ine are here with their latest collaboration “Trollz” and they tell you how you should not be trolling them. Along with the release of the song, we also get to see the music video.
In the colorful video, we see Nicki Minaj and 6ix9ine just having a great time, eating cereal and pouring milk on each other. They video is pretty similar to the male rapper’s last track “Gooba”. Fans are speculating a chance of his new album featuring these tracks with very similar visuals.
The lyrics are just about being the coolest rappers in the town who don’t have time to deal with haters. Nicki goes like “Somebody ushered this nigga into a clinic/My flow’s still sick, I ain’t talkin’ a pandemic/I write my own lyrics, a lot of these bitches gimmicks/They study Nicki style, now all of them want to mimic.”
6ix9ine chooses to tell his haters to back off, “I know you don’t like me, you wanna fight me/You don’t want no problems at your party? Don’t invite me,” 6ix9ine raps. “I don’t worry ’bout you niggas, please stop talking ’bout me/Always talkin’ bout me ’cause you looking for the clouty.”
Nicki Minaj was heavily criticized by many for choosing to be associated with 6ix9ine due to his criminal history but then she’s a queen for a reason. The “Starship” singer responded to the hate by tweeting however she later deleted it.
Nicki Minaj tweeted, “You don’t have to defend me. I’m not afraid of internet trolls, blogs, artists, I don’t jump on band wagons. Many will never know what it feels like to have a mind of their own.”
The proceeds from “Trollz” by Nicki Minaj and 6ix9ine will go to help to assist low income individuals in bailing them out. The queen of rap while announcing the release of the song mentions the same in the caption.
