Unreleased Juice WRLD Track Set to Premiere in ‘Fortnite’
A previously unreleased Juice WRLD track is set to premiere during a Fortnite concert on November 30 at 7 PM GMT. The event will feature performances from Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, Eminem, and a tribute to the late Juice WRLD, whose real name was Jarad Anthony Higgins. Juice WRLD passed away in 2019 due to an accidental overdose.
The song, titled Empty Out Your Pockets, will debut during the concert, with a music video expected to follow shortly after, according to GameRant. This release aligns with Juice WRLD’s upcoming posthumous EP, The Party Never Ends, which drops on November 29.
Fortnite has already integrated Juice WRLD into its current season. A glowing figure of the rapper can be seen approaching the island on the map, while the surrounding shoreline has been transformed by a glowing blue substance. Players can also unlock a Juice WRLD skin between November 25 and November 30, along with a unique weapon, Juice’s Chug Cannon, which heals players and plays a snippet of Lucid Dreams when picked up.
The concert is expected to feature new music from Snoop Dogg, including his track Another Part of Me. Snoop Dogg’s in-game area, Doggpound, is located at the map’s center, while Eminem and Ice Spice will have their own zones for players to explore. Players can battle and recruit all the artists except for Juice WRLD.
In addition, Fortnite’s original game mode, Fortnite OG, will become a permanent feature starting in December after its overwhelming popularity with players.
In unrelated news, a recent Windows 11 update has reportedly caused issues with several Ubisoft open-world games on PC.
