Watch Måneskin’s Damiano David Perform His First Solo Show in New York

Måneskin’s Damiano David made his solo live debut with an intimate performance in New York City on October 28. The singer took the stage at (Le) Poisson Rouge—a multimedia concert venue, bar, and art gallery in Greenwich Village—offering fans an exclusive preview of his solo work. Titled An Evening with Damiano David, the event began with his debut solo track Silverlines, followed by his latest single, Born With A Broken Heart, and included three unreleased songs: Next Summer, Voices, and The Bruise.

In a recent interview about his upcoming album, Damiano David hinted that fans can expect an "excessive, dramatic, and theatrical" experience, saying that the album would be more personal and focused on "the drama of being alive, especially under the circumstances. He also spoke about the video for Silverlines, describing it as a "metaphorical representation" of the songs' themes, including "turning off to get back to life, finding the key to access the path to happiness, and the stages of my life."

David emphasized that the members of Måneskin are committed to the band, explaining that their solo projects do not signal an end to Måneskin. Instead, he said, they are “in training to come back different, better, and stronger.”
