2024 Oscars Lineup: Live Performances by Billie Eilish, Ryan Gosling, Becky G and More

All five of the original songs nominated for the 96th Oscars will take centre stage at the Dolby Theatre, promising an unforgettable night of live performances. The star-studded lineup includes Jon Batiste, Becky G, Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell, Scott George and the Osage Singers, and as previously reported by Variety, Ryan Gosling and Mark Ronson, all set to deliver captivating renditions of the nominated tracks.

The nominated songs and their performers are as follows: ‘The Fire Inside’ from ‘Flamin’ Hot’ (performed by Becky G, composed by Diane Warren), ‘I’m Just Ken’ from ‘Barbie’ (performed by Ryan Gosling and Mark Ronson, composed by Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt), ‘It Never Went Away’ from ‘American Symphony’ (performed by Jon Batiste, composed by Jon Batiste and Dan Wilson).

‘Wahzhazhe (A Song For My People)’ from ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ (performed by Scott George and the Osage Singers, composed by Scott George), and ‘What Was I Made For?’ from ‘Barbie’ (performed by Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell, composed by Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell) are also on the list. 

Showrunner Raj Kapoor and executive producers Molly McNearney and Katy Mullan have already started unveiling this year’s Oscar presenters, with names like Zendaya, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicolas Cage, and Al Pacino among them.

With Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ leading with 13 nominations, followed by Yorgos Lanthimos’ ‘Poor Things’ with 11 and Martin Scorsese’s ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ with 10, the Best Picture category features a diverse lineup. The nominated films include ‘American Fiction,’ ‘Anatomy of a Fall,’ ‘Barbie,’ ‘The Holdovers,’ ‘Maestro,’ ‘Past Lives,’ and ‘The Zone of Interest.’

Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the Oscars will be broadcast live on ABC and worldwide on 10th March 2024, at the new time of 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.
