In one of their first public appearances since their breakup, Sydney Sweeney and her ex-fiance Jonathan Davino were seen getting into a car in Los Angeles on 1st November. According to sources, Sweeney has "completely moved on" and has no intention of rekindling their relationship, despite her best efforts to keep things cordial. There was reportedly a noticeable sourness to the reunion—Sweeney was heard begging Davino to "leave me alone," indicating the emotional distance that currently exists between them.

The duo once shared a seven-year relationship that became engaged in February 2022, but by early 2025 the actress admitted she just wasn't ready to settle down. Sydney Sweeney was spotted attending a private dinner at the posh Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi before to her late-night run-in with her ex-fiance Jonathan Davino.

According to reports, she and her pals watched Game 7 of the World Series while dining in one of the venue's cozy back rooms and enjoying food and beverages in a laid-back atmosphere. She left the dinner in an Uber, but just a short distance later she was spotted getting into a vehicle driven by Jonathan Davino—and at that point, things reportedly turned tense. Before a furious argument broke out, witnesses claimed she seemed to intend to evade the camera.

The Past Engagement and New Romance On the Rise

Before announcing their engagement in 2022, Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino had maintained a largely quiet relationship that started in 2018. Their wedding plans were delayed the following year, though, and by April 2025, media reported that Davino's engagement to Sweeney had ended, with the couple blaming a concentration on their careers as the primary cause.
