Before the soirée, the duo was spotted holding hands during a rare date night at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif., after attending the pre-Oscars bash hosted by the talent agency CAA. Despite their penchant for privacy, they were also seen enjoying a group outing with Robert Pattinson, Suki Waterhouse, Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman at Funke in Beverly Hills back in January.

Though the couple seldom steps out together, Page Six exclusively revealed that Evans and Baptista exchanged vows last September in two lavish ceremonies.

Alba Baptista kickstarted her career in Portugal with the series Jardins Proibidos and has since graced various Portuguese series and films like ‘A Impostora’ and ‘Filha da Lei,’ among others. Apart from her native Portuguese, the actress is proficient in English, Spanish, French and German. She first garnered attention for her role in Netflix’s ‘Warrior Nun’ and has since made headlines for her romance with Chris Evans.
While the exact inception of Baptista and Evans’ relationship remains unclear, a source informed PEOPLE in November 2022 that they had been together “for over a year.” Speculation about their romance began swirling in January 2022, but eagle-eyed fans noted that Evans began following Baptista on social media in the autumn of 2020, with Baptista reciprocating in 2021 while they were both working on projects in Europe.
On 6th January 2023, Evans made their relationship Instagram official by sharing a playful video of them scaring each other on his Instagram Story. He captioned it “A look back at 2022” with three heart emojis.
The couple exchanged vows on 9th September 2023, at a private estate in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, according to a source close to PEOPLE. Several of their celebrity pals, including Evans’ Marvel co-stars Robert Downey Jr. and Susan Downey, Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky, Jeremy Renner and John Krasinski with Emily Blunt, were spotted in nearby Boston for the wedding celebrations.
