While fans have speculated about the possibility of a sequel, Emily Blunt shared on the ‘Happy Sad Confused’ podcast that the cast feels content with the original film. She explained, “Sometimes things should be cherished and preserved in this bubble, and it’s okay.”

Blunt also recalled a humorous comment from Meryl Streep during a 2012 interview, where she joked about reprising her role in a sequel, saying, “Yeah if I don’t have to lose the weight.” Streep amusingly added, “Sure, I mean, I’d have to lose the f—ing weight, but I would do that, yeah.”
