Ariana Grande Wears Little Black Hooded Dress and Dramatic Eyeliner

Ariana Grande effortlessly brings fantasy to reality with her latest fashion choice. The 30-year-old pop star turned heads in a hooded Coperni dress inspired by Little Red Riding Hood during a recent outing. The dress, a modern interpretation of the fairy tale’s traditional red hooded cape, is an elegant little black number featuring a plunging neckline and asymmetrical hem.

Completing the look, Grande paired the dress with black sheer tights, knee-high boots, a Chanel top handle bag, and stylish leather gloves. The ‘Wicked’ actress styled her hair in a ponytail, adorned with small pearl earrings. Her makeup, a highlight of the ensemble, featured a unique negative space eyeliner created with a brown eye pencil and light pink eyeshadow.

This eye-catching makeup is an evolution of Grande’s iconic “cat eye” look, which she has been favouring lately, coinciding with the exciting news of her upcoming seventh studio album, ‘Eternal Sunshine’. The album is scheduled for release on 8th March, just days after the debut of its first single, ‘Yes, And?’

Expressing her gratitude to fans for their support, Grande took to Instagram, sharing a dance segment from the music video of the single. “Thank you for the overwhelming amount of love and for dancing along. My heart is so full, and I’m so moved. Love you all so so so much,” wrote Grande.

In addition to showcasing the trendy eye makeup in her music video, Ariana Grande drew inspiration from Paula Abdul’s ‘Cold Hearted’ music video. The video incorporates dance moves, a storyline, and wardrobe elements inspired by the iconic 1989 clip. Abdul, aged 61, expressed her appreciation for the homage, calling it “An Honor.”

Reflecting on her year in a heartfelt Instagram Story post in December, Grande opened up about the love she poured into her upcoming projects. “I gave everything I could have possibly given of my heart and myself to the projects I was fortunate enough to be a part of and learned so much from every brilliant, beautiful soul that I had the privilege of creating art with and crossing paths with this year,” she wrote.

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo have commemorated their co-starring experience with matching tattoos. The lead actresses from ‘Wicked’ revealed the tattoos on Instagram, symbolizing their time filming the movie adaptation of the Broadway musical. In the film, Erivo, aged 36, portrays Elphaba (the green witch), while Grande, aged 30, takes on the role of Glinda the Good Witch.

The tattoos, featuring a poppy flower and the phrase “for good,” are inked on each woman’s hand. The poppy likely alludes to the field of poppies in ‘The Wizard of Oz,’ where Dorothy (Judy Garland) falls asleep on her way to meet the Wizard. “For Good” is a lyric from the Wicked song of the same name, which also serves as an emotional duet between the show’s leading characters.
