Ariana Grande’s Anticipated ‘Eternal Sunshine’ Album Will Release in March

Ariana Grande just revealed her upcoming album, ‘Eternal Sunshine,’ marking her return after a four-year hiatus. Scheduled for release on 8th March, the announcement came with new photos from a recent album-themed session shared on social media. While details about the album remain scarce, the excitement builds with the release of its first single and video, ‘Yes, And?’ last Friday.

The single and its accompanying video, paying homage to the ’90s era, particularly Madonna’s ‘Vogue’ and Janet Jackson, garnered significant attention. The intentional nod to Paula Abdul’s 1988 video for ‘Cold Hearted’ sparked a buzz, causing Abdul to trend on Twitter. The positive response from Abdul herself added to the excitement, as she expressed her honor and love for Ariana’s tribute. Fans are eagerly anticipating the full album, set to bring a fresh musical experience from Ariana Grande.

On 27th December, Ariana Grande made the official announcement of her upcoming album, a project she had been teasing on social media for weeks. In an Instagram post, she cryptically wrote, “See you next year,” accompanying a carousel of photos and videos.

Tagging her producer Ilya Salmanzadeh, Republic Records and others, Grande shared a mix of in-studio moments, ranging from her mother dancing to a FaceTime screenshot of her dancing, a photo of what seems to be a warehouse (possibly a music video set), and another picture capturing a tearful moment. She humorously referred to these as “the two moods of the album” in her Instagram story.

The Grammy winner also shared a video from someone noting it was “almost the last day of this album,” expressing a mix of exhaustion, happiness, and gratitude. In the clip, she mentioned feeling incredibly tired yet happy and grateful, adding a touch of humour by saying she felt like she weighed 3,000 tons.

To further engage with her fans, Grande sent out a care package featuring a photo of her red-tinted lips and red lipstick from her R.E.M. Beauty line. Accompanying the package was a handwritten note echoing the same mysterious sentiment: “See you next year.” The anticipation among fans continues to grow as they eagerly await Ariana Grande’s much-anticipated album.

In addition to her business ventures, Ariana Grande has been occupied with her part in the upcoming ‘Wicked’ film, set for release in November. Notably, Grande recently inked a deal with Brandon Creed and his newly established Good World Management firm.

This move comes four months after reports confirmed her departure from longtime manager Scooter Braun.

Grande is now part of a talent roster that includes Demi Lovato, Troye Sivan, Charli XCX, Orville Peck, Mark Ronson and former Fifth Harmony singer Normani. The latter is managed through a co-management agreement with Lydia Asrat’s firm, Q10.
