Blake Shelton Surprises Gwen Stefani With a Massive Emerald Ring For Valentine’s Day

Gwen Stefani’s Valentine’s Day took an unexpected turn this year thanks to her husband, Blake Shelton!

In a revelation on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the 54-year-old singer spilled the beans about receiving her Valentine’s present early. With excitement, she lifted her hand to display the emerald and diamond ring Shelton had given her.

The dazzling ring featured a large emerald centre stone surrounded by diamonds in a halo effect, creating a breathtaking piece of jewellery. Stefani, sporting a vibrant pink ’70s-inspired dress that complemented her new accessory, couldn’t help but express her joy.

When asked about the selection process, Kimmel wondered if Shelton had chosen the ring himself or enlisted the help of a friend. Stefani shared, “He really mixed it up. Usually, I get amazing flowers that I love, love, love. But this was just a ‘Here you go!’ And I was like, ‘Ahh!’ He did the whole thing. I love you, Blakey!”

The singer’s Valentine’s Day wasn’t the only recent surprise from Shelton. Stefani also revealed how Shelton invited her eldest son, Kingston (17), to perform at his bar in August 2023. The proud mom marvelled at Kingston’s unexpected talent as a songwriter, recalling the moment of disbelief when they first heard his original composition.

Stefani, who shares three sons—Kingston, Zuma (15), and Apollo (9)—with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, reflected on the unpredictable paths her children take. She and Shelton, who began dating in 2015 and tied the knot in 2021, have formed a blended family following their respective divorces. Shelton was previously married to Miranda Lambert.
