Blake Shelton enjoys every moment, especially celebrating his 48th birthday in Italy with his wife Gwen Stefani.

The country singer took to Instagram to share glimpses of their unique celebrations, starting with a selfie in a green printed button-up and “Happy Birthday” glasses, complete with a disco ball helmet and festive decorations in the background. In another photo, Shelton is peacefully sleeping under silver “Happy Birthday” balloons and surrounded by black and white pillows.

“Thank you @gwenstefani for the greatest birthday ever!!!!!,” he wrote, expressing gratitude for his wife’s efforts. Stefani, on the other hand, celebrated Shelton’s birthday and Father’s Day with heartfelt tributes on social media. She posted a video montage of their special moments set to their duet ‘Purple Irises,’ showcasing their time together on ‘The Voice’ and enjoying nature outdoors. Stefani also honoured Shelton on Father’s Day with a video highlighting his fatherly moments with her sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.
