During a surprise Weverse live engagement on 27th December, BTS' dynamic vocalist Kim Taehyung, also known as V, addressed fans with a sincere "Namaste, Indian ARMYs. See you next year…"sending Indian ARMY into a social media frenzy. Fans soon took his cordial greeting as a clear indication that BTS could possibly include India on their much awaited 2026 world tour itinerary, even though he did not provide any official concert dates or tour destinations.

This wasn't the first time V has connected with Indian fans—in past livestreams he's delighted them with friendly gestures and greetings—but this latest comment came at a particularly exciting moment as BTS gears up for their first full group comeback since completing mandatory military service. Indian fans enthusiastically responded on X, Instagram, and TikTok, sparking a flurry of posts and videos speculating about potential performance locations in places like Delhi or Mumbai.

Despite the fact that HYBE and BTS have not yet confirmed an India leg, there are a lot of rumours circulating, particularly given the intentions for their worldwide tour.
