He posted a video of Cardi receiving four fresh dermal implants on Instagram, two on her lower back and two on the nape of her neck.

The video offers a raw, unfiltered moment: Cardi leaning forward with her neck exposed, asking, "This one ain't as bad as the back, is it?" before letting out a brief yelp. For the lower back piercing, she nonchalantly says "Ow."
"Fresh back dermal implants, and surface neck, nape piercing for @iamcardib, loving the vibe!" the piercer wrote as the caption for the video. Unlike typical piercings, these dermal implants create a jewel-like stud flush against the skin by inserting a tiny anchor beneath the skin's surface with a decorative tip.
