Channing Tatum Applauds Lenny Kravitz After Hollywood Walk of Fame Honor

After being inducted into the Walk of Fame, Channing Tatum celebrates Lenny Kravitz’s iconic status.

Channing Tatum paid tribute to his future father-in-law on Instagram following Lenny Kravitz’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony, merely referring to him as a “Legend… Period.”

In a post from the ceremony, Kravitz himself thanked Denzel Washington and his daughter Zoë and included pictures of the two of them.

Star-studded attendees, including Tatum and Zoë, witnessed Kravitz’s historic moment as he was awarded the 2,774th star in front of the Capitol Records building. During the ceremony, Washington and Zoë both expressed how much they loved Kravitz.

Tatum and Zoë’s appearance comes after they recently revealed behind-the-scenes photos from their upcoming film, Blink Twice, which Zoë directed. The movie also provides their relationship’s history.

At the star ceremony, Kravitz talked about how surprised he was by the honour and reflected on how he went from being a young child playing around Hollywood streets to being recognized for such a feat. 

In the company of Washington, Zoë, and Tatum, among other loved ones, Kravitz stressed the importance of savouring the occasion with people who have contributed to his life’s journey.

“It means everything,” Kravitz said. “The star is a beautiful thing, but if I didn’t have the people to share it with, it wouldn’t be the same.” He continued, “To have so many people here who have known me all of my life and who have walked the journey with me is the real gift.”
