Despite the ceremony’s historic significance and celebration of musical achievements, Cher playfully pointed out that she is not yet a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

This playful remark underscores the ongoing discussion around the Hall’s recognition of women in the industry, with Cher’s close friend Tina Turner only being inducted as a solo act, highlighting the challenges faced by female artists in gaining recognition within the institution.
