Donald Glover, better known as his alter ego Childish Gambino, has just dropped his latest album, ‘Atavista.’ The multi-talented artist, who juggles between rapping, acting and comedy, took to social media to share the news of the album’s release.
‘Atavista’ is described as the “complete” version of his 2020 album, ‘3.15.20.’ Now available for streaming, the album features revamped tracks from the 2020 record along with a fresh addition titled ‘Little Foot Big Foot.’ This new song, featuring Young Nudy, is accompanied by a black-and-white music video directed by Glover’s long-time collaborator Hiro Murai.

This release comes as Glover previously hinted at dropping two albums this year before retiring the Childish Gambino persona: ‘Atavista’ and ‘Bando Stone & The New World.’ The latter will also serve as the soundtrack for his upcoming movie of the same title, slated for release this summer.
In addition to the album release, Glover shared an update on ‘Bando Stone & The New World,’ revealing on social media that “the all-new Childish Gambino album comes out in the summer.” He also teased a special vinyl edition of ‘Atavista,’ promising “visuals for each song.”
Childish Gambino fans have more to look forward to as the artist recently hinted at an upcoming world tour.
