Cillian Murphy has shared a heartfelt moment involving a personal note from Christopher Nolan attached to the original script for 'Oppenheimer.'
The actor, acclaimed for his portrayal in the film, recently clinched the BAFTA for 'Best Actor in a Leading Role' and is now tipped as the favourite to repeat the feat at the Oscars next month. In an interview with CBS’ 60 Minutes, Murphy disclosed the touching gesture from Nolan that awaited him as he delved into the script.

The note, penned by Nolan, expressed, “Dearest Cillian. Finally, a chance to see you lead… Love, Chris.”
'Oppenheimer' marks the sixth collaboration between Murphy and Nolan, following their work on the 'Dark Knight trilogy,' 'Inception' and 'Dunkirk.' Notably, this is the first time Murphy has taken on the lead role in their partnership.
At the recent BAFTA ceremony, 'Oppenheimer' emerged as the big winner of the night, securing seven awards, including 'Best Picture,' 'Best Director' and 'Best Actor' for Murphy. Meanwhile, 'Poor Things' trailed closely behind with five wins, followed by 'The Zone of Interest' with three.
