One of the most important queries on fans' minds was answered by Erivo in a recent discussion on The View: would she play Elphaba again on Broadway? According to the People article, Erivo stated that she thinks it "would be a little selfish" to return to Broadway as Elphaba, particularly since the movie version has reached millions of people and made the character available in homes all over the world. Looking Forward: New Chapters Beyond Oz

Elphaba's creative life is far from shutting down, even though Erivo's adventure in the 'Wicked' franchise may be over. She is set to take on a boldly different challenge: starring in a one-woman adaptation of Dracula in London's West End, portraying 23 distinct characters.
