Dalton Gomez and Maika Monroe have taken their relationship public on Instagram! The ‘It Follows’ star, 31, shared a series of photos on her Instagram, including two heartwarming images with Gomez, 28, who was previously married to pop sensation Ariana Grande. The post simply captioned with a star emoji, kicked off with a romantic shot of Monroe standing on her tiptoes to kiss Gomez in a crosswalk.
The final slide in Monroe’s photo dump showcased the couple snuggling up to each other in front of a sea view, both dressed in comfortable, all-black outfits, basking in the golden hour glow.

This Instagram post marks the first time Monroe has shared a grid photo of Gomez, although she has previously posted fleeting images of him on her Instagram Stories. The couple was first linked in October 2023 when they were spotted kissing. Since then, they have made several public appearances together, including a recent PDA-filled sighting at Los Angeles’ LAX airport last month.

Before his relationship with Monroe, Gomez was married to Ariana Grande, 30. The real estate agent and the pop star got engaged in December 2020 and married in May 2021. Their relationship, which intensified during the pandemic, ended with their divorce being finalized in March 2024, following a separation confirmed by PEOPLE in July 2023. Grande is now dating her ‘Wicked’ co-star Ethan Slater.
Monroe, on the other hand, was previously in a relationship with ‘Stranger Things’ star Joe Keery. The pair made their red carpet debut in October 2017 and were together until sometime between 2022 and 2023. Keery, 32, opened up about their split for the first time in a June 6 interview with Variety, discussing how he dealt with the breakup while filming season 5 of ‘Fargo’ in Calgary.
In the interview, Keery revealed, “I had also gone through a big breakup, right as I was leaving Rome, so I was really isolated and focused on my work.”
