GTA 6 Is Reportedly in The Final Development Stages

In the latest update shared by Jason Schreier on X, 'Grand Theft Auto' or GTA enthusiasts received a glimmer of insight into the development of 'GTA 6.' According to Schreier's report, Rockstar Games recently circulated an email, reviewed by Bloomberg, among its staff.

The email, penned by Jenn Kolbe, the Head of Publishing at Rockstar, revealed the strategic adjustments being made to ensure the forthcoming 'Grand Theft Auto' maintains the exceptional quality and polish that fans anticipate.

Kolbe expressed, "Making these changes now puts us in the best position to deliver the next 'Grand Theft Auto' at the level of quality and polish we know it requires, along with a publishing roadmap that matches the scale and ambition of the game."

Rockstar Games' reported manoeuvre is aimed at preventing significant leaks about 'GTA 6' before its anticipated launch in 2025. Although the precise release date remains undisclosed, fan speculation leans towards an early arrival next year.

Renowned insider Ben expressed his sentiments regarding the prospect of a 'GTA 6' release in early 2025 after digesting Bloomberg's report. In a post on X dated 29th February 2024, he remarked, "We'll see what Take-Two says in May for the next final FY24 quarter, though." This suggests that more details may emerge during the financial quarter ending in May.

Additionally, there's speculation that Rockstar Games might unveil the second trailer for 'Grand Theft Auto 6' before officially confirming the launch date. Fans observed a noteworthy change on 2nd February 2024, as American singer Anita Ward's Spotify banner showcased the Grand Theft Auto 6 logo, sparking anticipation of an imminent release of the game's second trailer.

As it stands, the much-anticipated title in the Grand Theft Auto series is slated for release in 2025, set to hit Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and various other gaming platforms.
