Gwen Stefani’s Son Zuma Shines in Stage Debut at Blake Shelton’s Bar

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s son is following in his musician parents’ footsteps. The 15-year-old made his country music debut when he took the stage at his stepdad Blake Shelton’s Ole Red bar in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Stefani and Shelton married in 2021.

Before Zuma walked out on stage, Shelton introduced him, with both sporting matching cowboy hats as the singer proudly looked on. In a fan video, Zuma is seen sitting down as Shelton adjusts his microphone and says, “This is him, everybody!”

In the video, the ‘God’s Country’ singer stands to the side as Zuma performs Zach Bryan’s song ‘Oklahoma Smokeshow,’ seated on a stool while singing and playing the guitar. Almost a year ago, Zuma’s brother Kingston, now 18, also performed at Shelton’s Ole Red bar in Tishomingo, in a video shared on TikTok.

In the clip, Kingston confidently engages with the audience and the musicians on stage before beginning his performance. During the song, Kingston showcased his strong vocal skills, hitting impressive notes to the delight of the crowd.

“Love you guys, thank you for being here!” he said at the end of his performance as the audience cheered and clapped. “Thank you, it means everything to me, really. I hope you guys had a great night, enjoy yourselves!”

In April, Shelton opened up about being a stepdad to Stefani’s three sons — Zuma, Kingston, and Apollo, who she shares with ex-Rossdale — in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Discussing the 10th anniversary of meeting his now-wife, Shelton reflected on their future together.

“If I could have a repeat of these past 10 years, [that] would be perfect,” he told the outlet. “Next month, we’ve got an 18-year-old, which blows my mind that already happened. And in a couple of years, we’ll have another 18-year-old. And that’s…it’s gonna be a lot more alone time, which I’m not mad about that either.”

He teased, “But we still have Apollo, so we have another almost 10 years before we can kick him out, so it should be a lot of fun.” Shelton also shared that one of his favourite aspects of being a stepdad is teaching Stefani’s sons about some of his favourite things.

“I get to teach them the country, you know, and I love that,” he said. “Whether it’s music, whether it’s literally getting out, getting their hands in the dirt, or being out on the ranch, seeing the animals, whatever, you know? I absolutely love being the person that gets to introduce them to that stuff.”
