Hailey Bieber on Why She Hid Her Pregnancy For Six Months: “Didn’t Enjoy The Stress”

In a recent interview with W magazine, Hailey Bieber revealed why she chose to keep her pregnancy hidden from the public for the first six months. The 27-year-old model and her husband, Justin Bieber, announced in May that they are expecting their first child together, sharing the news with pictures of her growing baby bump on social media.

Hailey explained that she managed to keep the news under wraps for so long because she “stayed small for a long time,” and only had a noticeable belly when she was six months pregnant. Despite the ability to maintain privacy until the end, she chose to share her journey to alleviate the stress of keeping such a significant part of her life secret. She expressed a desire for the freedom to enjoy her pregnancy openly, rather than feeling as though she was hiding a “big secret.”

She addressed the persistent rumours about their relationship, noting that people often speculate about their happiness and stability. Despite these challenges, Hailey conveyed that she tries to remain unaffected by the negative comments, though she acknowledges that they can still be hurtful.
