Tearfully, she revealed her deep connection with Halo and the decision to keep this profound joy private, emphasizing that he is her greatest blessing and a gift that she had no obligation to expose to the public.

The ‘Little Mermaid’ star explained that her experiences have led her to a place of protection, emphasizing that she wasn’t willing to share the joy of her world with anyone. Bailey cited the state of the world, particularly concerns about men trying to control women’s bodies, as a major factor in her decision to keep her pregnancy under wraps.
In an Instagram post in January, Bailey announced the birth of her first child with boyfriend DDG. She credited her decision to some of the strong women in her life, drawing parallels to private moments in other celebrities’ lives, such as Lauryn Hill and Beyoncé.
Bailey expressed gratitude to the strong women in her life, including her sisters, for setting examples of resilience, confidence, and independence. The award was presented to her by her sister Chloe Bailey, who previously praised Halle as “the best mom ever,” underscoring the deep bond between the sisters and their shared journey into motherhood.
