The 26-year-old rapper praised Bailey as a "great mom," emphasizing their shared learning experience in their newfound parenthood. He described Bailey as a "professional mom" and expressed that their family of three is "doing great."

Halle Bailey and her boyfriend DDG have been in a relationship for over a year, making their Instagram debut in March 2022 when DDG shared a post on the R&B singer's birthday. Known for keeping her personal life private, Bailey did not confirm her pregnancy during her time expecting.

In November, responding to a Snapchat comment about having a "pregnancy nose" in a photo, Bailey addressed the remark in a video, expressing pride in her Black identity and firmly asserting her love for her nose. She made it clear that such comments were unwarranted and intrusive.

In May, Bailey spoke about her life since getting together with DDG. When asked if she would describe him as a real Prince Charming, she replied affirmatively.
