‘Hazbin Hotel’ Greenlit For 2 More Seasons

Ahead of the Season 2 premiere of ‘Hazbin Hotel’ Amazon MGM Studios has announced that the show will continue with two additional seasons. While Season 2 is expected to debut in 2025, the upcoming seasons are projected to release in late 2026. During a recent panel, creator Vivienne ‘VivziePop’ Medrano, alongside Robert Kirkman from ‘Invincible’ and Travis Willingham from ‘The Legend of Vox Machina’, discussed the future of the series.

The pilot episode of Season 1, which premiered on YouTube, quickly gained immense popularity with over 100 million views. This success led to the creation of a spin-off series, ‘Helluva Boss’, which debuted in 2020. ‘Hazbin Hotel’ Season 1 launched in January 2024 and marked the largest global debut for a new animated series on Prime Video.

Fans can look forward to more drama and new developments in the Hotel’s storyline. There is anticipation that alongside Charlie and her friends, new powerful devils might emerge to challenge the angels. One key question is whether Heaven will eventually recognize Charlie’s Hotel as a legitimate place for sinners to seek redemption.

There is also hope that Alastor will receive more screen time, and fans are eager to see if he might even challenge Lucifer. Additionally, other Hotel residents like Angel and Husk might get their own story arcs. Although official plot details for the upcoming seasons have yet to be released, it’s expected that more characters created by VivziePop will be featured.

Alastor is gravely injured by Adam, Sir Pentious declares his love for Cherri Bomb before sacrificing himself, and Charlie battles Adam with Lucifer’s aid. Niffty ultimately defeats Adam, and Sir Pentious is reincarnated as an angel in Heaven. Lute, now responsible for the exterminations, confronts Lilith with orders to stop Charlie’s Hotel.
