HBO Max has published two opposing teasers for the upcoming second season of ‘House of the Dragon,’ urging fans to join with either side of the growing fight in Westeros. The teasers, which show contrasting viewpoints on the power struggle between Rhaenyra Targaryen and King Aegon II Targaryen and hint at an approaching war, are set to debut on 16th June.
Rhaenyra Targaryen, played by Emma D’Arcy, makes her claim to the throne known in the “Black trailer,” promising to take back what she feels is rightly hers. In the meantime, the “Green trailer” presents Tom Glynn-Carney’s King Aegon II Targaryen and the Hightowers, who are adamant about holding onto power.

Following HBO Max’s announcement in early March that the show will return in June, these trailers have been released, generating excitement among fans anxious to see the next instalment in the Targaryen drama. The stage is set for a riveting conclusion to the critically acclaimed series as tensions rise and loyalties are tested.
