Is 'Spider-Man 4' Going to Replace Tom Holland?

Now, we've all been sitting on the edge of our seats, waiting for that official Spider-Man 4 confirmation, but it's been elusive. Tom Holland, our Peter Parker, spilled the beans earlier, stating he's ready to slip into the iconic suit again, but with a condition – a rock-solid storyline and the preservation of Spidey's legacy.

Director Jon Watts, the maestro behind the 'Home' trilogy, might be passing the directorial baton. Word on the street is Drew Goddard could be the one calling the shots for 'Spider-Man 4.'

Richtman suggests Watts might be hanging up his director's cap because he's not up for another swing with Spidey. Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige apparently had Goddard on speed dial, just in case Watts decided to take a Spidey break.

Goddard seems like the right web-slinger for the job, boasting credits like Netflix's 'Daredevil' and the spine-chilling 'Cabin in the Woods.' And the whispers of a 'Daredevil' team-up and a new story arc?

As for the plot, imagine a 'Spider-Man' saga taking a page out of 'Captain America: Civil War.' Heroes clashing on the streets of the Big Apple? Sign us up. And get ready for potential cameos – Kate Bishop's Hawkeye, Echo, and the return of Jessica Jones might swing by.

But, here's the deal – until Marvel drops the official bomb, treat all this as a mischievous Green Goblin stunt. Watts' replacement, Holland's comeback, and the whole shebang are still up in the air.
