“There’s a lot of magic there,” Antonoff remarked, referring to his collaborations with Swift and Del Rey. He marvelled at the continued spark that ignites their work, even as he admits to occasionally questioning its longevity. “The more we do, the less I expect it,” he mused, expressing gratitude for the creative energy they share.

Reflecting on Lana Del Rey’s acclaimed album ‘Norman F*cking Rockwell!’ from 2019, Antonoff recalled the surreal experience of witnessing her genius in action. He recounted the moment when Del Rey effortlessly crafted the chorus for ‘Mariners Apartment Complex’ while recording in the studio. Antonoff emphasised the brilliance of her improvisation, expressing disbelief at anyone failing to recognise its sheer brilliance.
