Jack Antonoff Says Kanye West “Just Needs His Diaper Changed”

Jack Antonoff has minced no words in his recent criticism of Kanye West, suggesting that the rapper “just needs his diaper changed so badly.”

The frontman of Bleachers didn’t hold back during a new interview, where he passionately defended his frequent collaborator, Taylor Swift. Antonoff’s comments came in response to Damon Albarn’s remarks in an interview with The Los Angeles Times, where Albarn questioned Swift’s songwriting abilities.

Antonoff swiftly labelled Albarn as “a herb,” emphasising his staunch support for Swift. “I’m a little bitch sometimes,” Antonoff admitted. “But you come after my friend Taylor, you’re toast to me.” He likened questioning Swift’s songwriting abilities to challenging someone’s faith in God, stating firmly, “You just don’t go there.”

Turning his attention to Kanye West, Antonoff didn’t mince his words. He criticised West’s infamous stage invasion during the 2009 MTV VMAs, where he interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech to advocate for Beyonce’s victory.

According to Antonoff, West “just needs his diaper changed so badly.” Reflecting on his relationship with West, Antonoff admitted, “It’s been a long time since I would’ve taken Kanye’s call. I’m so incredibly bored when someone doesn’t have the sauce anymore, so they go elsewhere to shock. It’s just a remarkable waste of space.”

This isn’t the first time Antonoff has aimed at West. He previously referred to the rapper as a “little crybaby b*tch” after discovering that West planned to release his new album on the same day as his own. Antonoff’s candid remarks underscore his unwavering loyalty to Swift and his no-nonsense approach to artists who challenge her or engage in attention-seeking behaviour.
