In this imaginative trailer, Jenna Ortega's character appears prominently as the apparent daughter of the legendary Jack Sparrow. The anticipation for such a storyline has fans buzzing with excitement, especially considering the absence of Knightley, who ruled out a return, stating that her character, Elizabeth Swann, "sailed away so nicely" in the franchise's previous run from 2003 to 2017.

Despite Knightley's memories fading from her teenage years during the franchise's peak, the fan-made trailer, fueled by AI creativity, breathes new life into the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ universe, reigniting the thrill and adventure that charmed audiences for years. 

The buzz around a potential return to the movie franchise intensified following producer Jerry Bruckheimer's intriguing comments at last year's Oscars. During a Q&A session, Bruckheimer shared, "We're all working on it [the next Pirates film]. We'll see how it comes out. We're very excited, I think we're gonna have a great screenplay when, and we're getting close."

Addressing the burning question of Johnny Depp reprising his iconic role as Captain Jack Sparrow, Bruckheimer kept the suspense alive, stating, "We'll see. I would love it. I would love to have him in the movie – that's all that I can tell you."
