Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Reunite at His L.A. Home Ahead of His Birthday

Jennifer Lopez visited Ben Affleck at his Brentwood rental home after spending much of the summer apart. According to a source, Lopez, 55, is eager to spend time with Affleck’s kids before school starts, especially since she has her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Earlier that day, she took Affleck’s 12-year-old son, Samuel, to the mall.

The source emphasized that Lopez cares deeply about Affleck’s children, even when she isn’t with him. “She’s always cared about them,” the source noted, adding that Lopez spent months last year finding the perfect home for their blended family. Now that she’s back in L.A., she’s focused on spending quality time with the kids before school resumes and Violet, Affleck’s 18-year-old daughter with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, heads off to college.

Despite not seeing each other for weeks, Lopez and Affleck—who turns 52 —haven’t publicly addressed their marriage. Rumours of trouble began circulating in May when it was reported that the couple was living separately. However, another source shared that Affleck is doing well, staying busy with work, and spending a lot of time with his kids during their summer break.

Lopez, who cancelled her summer tour to be with family, has been enjoying her time with loved ones. Despite the challenges, the source said she’s maintained a positive outlook. Lopez will next appear in the film ‘Unstoppable’, produced by Affleck’s company, which is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. Meanwhile, Affleck recently finished filming ‘The Accountant 2’ and is set to star alongside Matt Damon in the Netflix crime thriller ‘RIP’.
