Jennifer Lopez Hosts Bridgerton-Themed Party For 55th Birthday

Jennifer Lopez is marking another year with her family close by! Singer and actress hosted a Bridgerton-themed celebration in the Hamptons in honour of her upcoming 55th birthday on 24th July. Preparations for the event were well underway, with a horse trailer, valet service, security, and waitstaff seen outside the venue. Trucks were also busy unloading furniture and flowers in anticipation of the party.

Guests arrived in elegant, royal-inspired attire, including Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, who wore a blue gown with white lace details. Lopez’s birthday festivities were part of her summer stay in the Hamptons, where she has been enjoying time with Ben Affleck’s daughter Violet, 18, and indulging in some shopping.

Before the party, Lopez shared an optimistic Instagram post, accompanied by three selfies, declaring it was “gonna be a great day” and wishing her followers a “happy Saturday.”

Last year, Lopez gave fans a glimpse into her birthday celebration with Affleck, 51, at their home, expressing gratitude for the support of their loved ones. She also posted a photo of herself dancing on a table, capturing her birthday spirit with the caption, “Birthday mood … all month.”

This year, however, Affleck did not attend the party, as he and Lopez have been spending time apart. Affleck was seen driving solo in Los Angeles, and the couple was also apart for the Fourth of July and their second wedding anniversary. Despite recent separations, they have celebrated milestones together, such as Violet’s high school graduation in May.

Sources have indicated that Lopez and Affleck’s marriage is currently facing challenges, though these issues are not related to Lopez’s fame. The problems are said to stem from deeper concerns between the couple.
