Jennifer Lopez in Talks to Bring Kids on Tour: ‘Hopefully They’ll Agree’

Jennifer Lopez is gearing up for her upcoming tour and hopes to bring her kids along for the ride.

During an appearance on Good Morning America, Lopez, 54, discussed her ‘This Is Me… Now the Tour’, scheduled to tour North America from June to August, culminating with two shows at Madison Square Garden in N.Y.C.

Joking about Lopez’s busy schedule, co-host Lara Spencer remarked that she must not need sleep. Lopez laughed and admitted her wish for a summer break but expressed excitement for the tour’s 28 shows, marking her return to live performances since before the pandemic.

Lopez mentioned her kids, 16-year-old twins Max and Emme, negotiating when to join her on tour. She explained her plan for them to spend July with her, emphasizing the importance of this time together as they grow older.

Acknowledging that her children might resist, Lopez is determined to seize this opportunity for quality family time, recognizing it may be the last chance to tour with them before they become more independent.
