Renner, who faced the daunting prognosis of never walking again, shares that focusing on his health has significantly improved his quality of life and overall happiness. Despite remarkable progress in the past 18 months, Renner recognizes that his recovery journey is ongoing and accepts that it will be a lifelong process.

The 53-year-old actor suffered severe injuries in a snow plough accident in January 2023, breaking over thirty bones and undergoing numerous surgeries. Reflecting on the accident, Renner acknowledges that life will never be the same, but he finds solace in the continuous improvement of his health.
