Over a year following their confirmed breakup in early April 2023, the 33-year-old actor is reported to be “doing well” and “focused on work.”
According to a source close to PEOPLE, Alwyn is currently in a happy relationship and is content with his life. Described as a “great guy” who shies away from drama, he has moved on from his past relationship with Swift, 34, and harbours no ill feelings towards her. Despite their split, the source emphasizes that Alwyn’s feelings for Swift are genuine, and he maintains a respectful attitude towards her.
Alwyn’s primary focus remains on his acting career, although he reportedly dislikes the attention that comes with being in the public eye. The breakup with Swift, after six years together, was attributed to differences in their personalities, as disclosed by another insider at the time.
Throughout their relationship, Alwyn preferred to keep their romance private, according to sources. While their partnership surprised many initially, Alwyn was never one to flaunt their relationship.
