Johnny Depp made a heartwarming surprise visit during his time at the San Sebastián Film Festival.

Dressed as his iconic Pirates of the Caribbean character, Captain Jack Sparrow, Depp visits children at the Donostia University Hospital in San Sebastián. 

The actor spent time with young patients in the Pediatrics and Oncology wards, bringing smiles and laughter as he stayed fully in character, delighting everyone he met.
