Keanu Reeves is taking on the role of a seasoned Hollywood star caught in a high-stakes extortion plot in Jonah Hill's latest film. Apple TV released the first trailer for 'Outcome' on 17th March, showcasing a dark comedy that stars Reeves alongside Hill, Cameron Diaz, and Matt Bomer.
Keanu Reeves plays Reef Hawk, an actor in recovery who discovers someone is blackmailing him with a mysterious video he desperately wants to keep secret.

About Keanu Reeves' 'Outcome'
According to the film's official synopsis, Reef decides to go on a soul-searching mission to track down the blackmailer. With the help of his longtime friends, played by Diaz and Bomer, and his crisis lawyer, played by Hill, he attempts to make amends with everyone he might have mistreated in the past to figure out who is behind the plot.
The movie features an impressive supporting cast, including icons like Martin Scorsese and Susan Lucci, along with stars like Laverne Cox and David Spade. Production for the film was spotted in Los Angeles back in May 2024, and it marks Jonah Hill's third time in the director's chair following his previous projects, 'Mid90s' and 'Stutz.'

Hill, who also co-wrote the script, recently shared that the movie serves as a metaphor for the modern experience of living on social media. He explained that many people have become obsessed with the opinions of strangers rather than focusing on the people who actually know them best. Cameron Diaz echoed this sentiment, noting that the story offers an interesting commentary on how celebrity culture functions in society today.
'Outcome' is set to premiere on Apple TV on 10th April. This is just the beginning of a busy year for Hill, who has another directing project titled 'Cut Off' scheduled to hit theatres this July.
