Keanu Reeves Spotted on Set of 'Good Fortune' Just Days After Crutches Photo Emerges

Keanu Reeves wasted no time returning to the film set, just days after being photographed using crutches. The 59-year-old actor was spotted in the morning filming scenes for his upcoming movie, ‘Good Fortune,’ alongside co-stars Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari and Keke Palmer at the Los Angeles set. Last Thursday on 25th January, Reeves had been seen with crutches and an ice pack on his left knee, but on the 29th, he appeared crutch-free, and the ice pack was nowhere in sight.

Despite reaching out for more details, representatives for Lionsgate and Reeves remained silent on Monday. ‘Good Fortune’ features a star-studded cast, including Reeves, Rogen, Palmer, and Ansari, who is also directing and writing the comedy.

Since its announcement in April 2023, the film shrouded in mystery has generated anticipation. Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Chair Joe Drake expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, “We have indeed found good fortune with this film.”

Palmer offered a glimpse behind the scenes by sharing selfies with Reeves, Ansari, and Rogen on Instagram. In the post, she mentioned the joy of working on the film, saying, “Having so much fun with these amazing guys on the set of our film ‘Good Fortune’ — we had a pool scene today that lowkey turned into a real pool party hahaha! Working with Aziz something spontaneous always happens 🤣♥️.” The movie's premise is still under wraps, adding to the intrigue surrounding this potentially special project.

‘Good Fortune’ is just one piece of the puzzle for Keanu Reeves, who has many projects in the pipeline. Fans can look forward to the upcoming John Wick spinoff movie, ‘Ballerina,’ featuring Ana de Armas. Reeves is also diving into the world of Netflix with an anticipated feature film adaptation of his comic book series, BRZRKR, originally announced by the streaming giant in 2021, alongside various other cinematic endeavours.

In an exciting revelation on Good Morning America, Reeves shared that he's teaming up with author China Miéville for a novel titled ‘The Book of Elsewhere,’ inspired by the BRZRKR series. Set to hit the shelves in July, this collaboration adds another layer to Reeves' multifaceted creative ventures, showcasing his diverse talents on and off the screen.
