Lady Gaga Has Taken Up a Huge Responsibility

Remember that “big announcement” that Lady Gaga was trying to talk about on Fallon’s show but, well, couldn’t because scheduling and all the big mess that goes behind making big announcements? Well that announcement is out and it is big. 

WHO and Global Citizen have teamed up to create ‘One World: Together At Home’, a mega collaborative project that is an endeavour of ViacomCBS Networks, ABC, NBC, iHeartMedia and Bell Media. WHO made a statement saying, “in celebration and support of healthcare workers, broadcast to feature real experiences from doctors, nurses and families around the world.” 

Which it indeed seems to be. Promising to be the event of the (corona) season, it will be hosted by both the Jimmy’s (Fallon and Kimmel)! And, also by Stephen (Colbert). The line up includes Alanis Morissette, John Legend, Finneas, Burna Boy, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, and more. Appearances from celebs like  Priyanka Chopra Jones, Idris Elba, and Kerry Washington have been promised too

All this — curated by Lady Gaga! “We want to highlight the gravity of this historical, unprecedented cultural movement … and we want to celebrate and encourage the power of the human spirit,” Gaga said in the release statement.
