Matthew Modine, Millie Bobby Brown’s ‘Stranger Things’ Co-Star, May Officiate Her Wedding with Jake Bongiovi

The media has been buzzing about Millie Bobby Brown’s engagement to Jake Bongiovi since the 20-year-old ‘Stranger Things’ actress and her fiance have been seen cuddling, which has raised questions about their future together. It’s reported that their wedding preparations are underway as anticipation mounts. 

The co-star of Brown on ‘Stranger Things,’ Matthew Modine, revealed in a recent interview with Access Online that he will be officiating their impending wedding, which will bring even more happiness to the couple’s love tale.

Matthew Modine, who is most known for playing the antagonist Dr. Martin Brenner on the Netflix series, expressed in the interview how excited he was to help Brown on her special day. He went on to say, “I have one of those licences to perform weddings and Millie thought it would be great, and then Jake said it would be a great idea.”

In addition, Modine revealed that he penned their vows, which reaffirmed their determination to become husband and wife. Modine also added that he has performed marriages during the COVID period but thought it was kind of weird. He said that entering into holy matrimony is a lovely experience for two people.

Previously, in February, Brown revealed the specifics of her engagement when making an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show. Recalling their common enthusiasm for diving, she described how Bongiovi surprised her with a ring during their memorable proposal.

Their engagement story took on a cinematic twist when Brown amusingly narrated the moment when she unintentionally lost the engagement ring underwater. Officially, the couple has been engaged since April 2023.
